That’s why I put together this perfect New York itinerary 6 days.  I’m here to show you 6 days with options for you to choose what matters most, whether it be exploring museums or catching a broadway show.  This itinerary is customizable to suit your preferences.

Day 1 – Explore Lower Manhattan 

Lower Manhattan is a great place to start your trip.  Here is where you can explore the very foundation of this old city. The iconic Statue of Liberty and the beautiful Ellis Island are just a ferry ride away.  You can learn about the rich history of immigrants and how these landmarks have become the symbols of freedom and opportunity.

Head over to the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, where you can pay your respects to those who lost their lives during the attacks on the World Trade Center. End your day at Battery Park, where you can relax and take in the breathtaking sights of the Hudson River and the Upper Bay.

Times Square is a must see when visiting New York City, but for a truly surreal experience- try visiting at night.  When the sun sets on New York City, Times Square springs to life with its flashing lights and bustling crowds. Absolutely!  While you can never see ALL of NYC in one trip, 6 days is more than enough time.  This will allow you to get in some of the big iconic NYC sites as well as some leisure to explore other areas and boroughs.
