Tip #3 Pack plenty of sunscreen and change of outfits for nighttime 

The days can get hot and humid with high UV rays.  If you plan to do a lot of outdoor sightseeing- pack plenty of sunscreen and reply throughout the day.  If you are planning some nice dinners or shows at nighttime, we suggest having a change of clothes so that you can head into the night feeling more fresh and comfortable.

June is a perfect time to visit New York in the summer.  The weather is not yet too hot or humid making it the perfect weather for a rooftop brunch. Additionally, many New York schools are still in session.  There will be fewer crowds during the day leaving more room for sightseeing.

Spending 5 days in NYC will allow you to see and do so many things.  You should plan for 2-3 full days of sightseeing and exploring and 1-2 days of relaxing or slower days.  Plan for a few nights out in the city at a nice dinner or drinks on top of a rooftop bar.
